Each article submitted will be reviewed independently by two REVIEWERS. The review process uses the Double Blind Method. Decisions for publication, amendments or rejection are based on REVIEWER's report / recommendation. After review, there will be four types of editorial decisions based on REVIEWER recommendations:

Accept Submission: Articles submitted will be immediately accepted for publication without revision.
Revisions Required: Articles submitted will be accepted for publication by a little revision process.
Resubmit for Review: Articles submitted to be accepted for PUBLISH must be revised with significant changes, and go through a second review process.
Decline Submission: Articles submitted will not be published in a journal.
